Her sunny disposition helps her to remain calm and collected even in the most problematic situations, supporting the team with her solutions-driven approach – whatever the challenge they face. And her charming and welcoming nature never fails to put clients and visitors at ease. She is always ready to listen no matter what the problem, and always has time for a laugh and a joke.

Michaela has a qualification in tourism management as well as a wealth of experience from various posts at exclusive hotels in Austria and abroad. Her CV also includes positions in arts and culture management, and she has worked as a trainer in event planning.
