Markus Gruber is a specialist in innovation and transformation processes. As an expert in service design thinking and a qualified systemic business coach (with a qualification from the Freie Universität Berlin), he enables organisations to overcome complex challenges and achieve their goals in change processes. Markus has worked in communications and strategy consulting for a decade, and advises prominent clients from both the public and private sectors. He became a partner at Pantarhei Advisors in 2016.
Markus Gruber’s list of clients includes the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (numerous projects for the Chamber as well as related professional associations and organisations), the European Parliament, Microsoft Austria, Hutchison Drei Austria (merger with Orange Austria), the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG), the Austrian Wirtschaftsservice business funding body (aws), nic.at, CERT.at/GovCERT Austria, Aon Austria, the Austrian National Tourist Board, and A1 Telekom (inter-company merger).
He is a Lego® Serious Play® facilitator and a member of the international Service Design Network. He also provides coaching for individual and team development processes and is an experienced workshop moderator, as well as a qualified process and project manager.
Markus studied international business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, spending time in Canada and Vietnam during his degree.
He is married, lives in Lower Austria and works in Vienna.
