Darius Pidun

A specialist when it comes to political decision-making processes, Darius Pidun has been part of the Pantarhei team in Brussels since September 2018. As a public affairs consultant he primarily provides support on industrial transformation processes and trade policy dossiers in connection with the European Green Deal. In addition, Darius specialises in the transformation of political advocacy in the age of digital communication and works with corporates to enable them to develop state-of-the-art campaigning skills.

A passionate advocate for the European project, Darius Pidun previously worked as a programme manager at CIFE, a French higher education institute dedicated to promoting European integration and values. As a co-initiator of a civic dialogue initiative, he has conceptualised and moderated EU discussion events with high-level experts from politics, business and the media. During his career in the political sphere he has also been closely involved in election campaign management and the development of political manifestos.

Darius studied political science and European studies in Vienna and is currently working towards his master’s degree in communication sciences. As a co-founder of the Politisch.Neu.Denken initiative, he is continuously involved in cross-party projects centred on political and charitable cooperation, and also serves as a mentor for children and young people. Darius lives and works in Vienna and Brussels.
