Birgit Koch

Birgit Koch joined the PANTARHEI team in Vienna in May 2020. She is an expert when it comes to implementing corporate media houses, and is passionate about successfully guiding companies and organisations through challenging change situations and helping them to emerge stronger. Her structured and analytical approach combined with her empathy and strong focus on solutions make her a strong source of support that clients can count on throughout the transformation. Birgit is a project and process manager with leadership experience, and she capitalises on her expertise when helping to implement integrated structures and processes. As a systemic coach, her job is to bring about meaningful changes of perspective, both for managers and in the course of team development processes.

Before joining PANTARHEI, Birgit worked as the COO of a marketing agency, where she executed a host of national and international below-the-line promotions for her clients and was responsible for the digitalisation of the core process.

She studied business administration at Vienna University of Economics and Business and also has  a PhD in economics. She is currently working towards a qualification as a systemic supervisor, coach and organisational developer at ARGE Bildung.

Birgit Koch can look back on a career spanning more than 20 years. Her clients include high-profile organisations from the public and private sectors, such as REWE International AG, Austrian national health insurance fund Österreichische Gesundheitskasse (ÖGK), Greiner AG, ASFINAG and the Austrian National Tourist Board.

Away from the office, Birgit Koch is a regular visitor to Vienna’s climbing and bouldering gyms, and she loves spending time in the mountains whatever the season. She is also a keen concertgoer.
